Howdy. My name is Amanda Kosior and I am an expert on nice people, and North Dakota, and nice people in North Dakota, and myself – and I created this website in 2017 because I like to tell stories about all of those things.
If you’re wondering why I named it North Dakota Nice, click here. If you think I look familiar but you’re not sure why, it could be because I gift wrapped your packages at my family’s clothing store, Silverman’s, back in the 80’s and 90’s, or it could be because you recognize me from my weekly segment on the morning show, North Dakota Today, or because you’ve read my column in the Grand Forks Herald, or it could be because you’re on this website and my face is plastered all over it.
