Bark – I mean, MARK – your calendars and grab your leashes: Pup-a-Palooza, Fargo’s fluffiest celebration, is back and better than ever on August 23, 2025 at the North Dakota Horse Park! This tail-wagging extravaganza has it all: food trucks, free face painting, pet photography, unique vendors, and dog contests that range from Best Derp Face to Most Majestic Tail. No pressure, no entry fees…just pure “pawsitive” vibes.

And, of course, the main event: the legendary Corgi vs. Dachshund races. Will the long-and-low wiener dogs dominate, or will the stubby-legged herders claim victory? There’s only one way to find out – come watch the fur fly.

While admission is free, all proceeds from donations, T-shirt sales, and raffles will benefit 4 Luv of Dog Rescue, so you can feel extra good about every dollar you spend. Whether you’re racing your own pup, shopping the vendor booths, or just there for the “aww” factor, Pup-a-Palooza promises something for everyone in the family (furry members included).
