I’m amazed, but not surprised, at how long some of the Thanksgiving- and Christmas-related giving programs in North Dakota have been in action.  Take, for example, the Wilkin County Family Services Christmas Project, which has held an adopted family program for almost 30 years.  Or Project Joy in Rugby.
