“Stuff that makes you say, “Oh, for nice”

Nice news of the day – November 26, 2019

Did you know that the North Dakota Class B Play Contest, where high school students compete by performing one-act plays, kicked off yesterday in Jamestown?  You can find the schedule here.

And did you know today’s news is about the DMV, carbon capture, and a mother’s love?  Read on.

Several DMVs in North Dakota are trying a new way to shorten the wait. (Bismarck Tribune)

I admittedly don’t know much of anything about carbon capture, but this article on Minnkota Power’s efforts to stabilize CO2 levels in North Dakota is a very interesting read. (Dickinson Press)

I’ve said many times before that resilience is one of the things that makes North Dakotans so nice, and this is a not-so-great story with a happy ending about resilience and love. (Grand Forks Herald)
