When my husband and I first got married, we went to an Iron Chef party at a friend’s house, where all of the guests were asked to make a dish using bacon.  The Fargo Food Truck Festival had the same idea – think “S’morts” – plus a whole buffet of people and events for what sounds like an excellent, and delicious, time.
