“Stuff that makes you say, “Oh, for nice”

Nice news of the day – November 21, 2018

As you know, November is National Adoption Month.  The North Dakota Heart Gallery, which connects adoptive families and foster children, hosts an amazing gala every year.  This year, a foster mother surprised her 16-year-old daughter at the gala with the news that she was being adopted. Twice as nice: North Dakota FCCLA – Family, Career and Community Leaders of America – students made dog toys for the Turtle Mountain Animal Rescue, which rescues animals from national disaster situations like hurricanes and fires. (MyNDNow)

I’m always happy to read a story about furthering the ag industry in North Dakota. NDSU Extension will soon have new seed cleaning and conditioning equipment thanks to a $25,000 Farm Credit Services grant. (New Rockford Transcript)
