Marilyn Evenson recognized for contributions to rural health (Minot Daily News)

At the 2018 Dakota Conference and Public Health’s annual conference, retired nurse Marilyn Evanson was celebrated with the Outstanding Rural Health Volunteer Award.  The award honors volunteerism made on behalf of bettering rural healthcare. Marilyn is a blood drive volunteer for United Blood Services, and is estimated to have supported upwards of 1,500 blood donations.
