Parshall residents work together to celebrate what makes the community great (Mountrail County Record)

Parshall is now the second place to be named a North Dakota Livable Community after a group of approximately 30 Parshall residents created a list of projects to improve the town. Coordinated by USDA Rural Development, Wimbledon is also designated a North Dakota Livable Community.  Rugby is currently pursuing this designation.
