This week’s Story of the Week is so, so nice. Get a cup of coffee so you can take the time to enjoy it – and also check out the other two stories: on new houses and clean water. Have a great weekend!
If you buy 10-year-old Sawyer Anderson’s book, “Water Works,” you are helping her raise money to provide clean water in Africa. (KVRR)

Story of the week: A retired school janitor made over 211 birdhouses for the elementary students at New Rockford School – adding to the nearly 500 birdhouses he’s gifted to kids in Glenfield, Binford, Kensal, and Devils Lake, along with barns and doll beds that he made before birdhouses. Oh, and now he’s working on growing pumpkins to give away. (New Rockford Transcript)
