It’s National Adoption Month, and the North Dakota Heart Gallery (founded by Michelle Kommer) hosted a gala to find forever homes for 27 children in the foster system. This gallery is so effective that of the 238 children featured, half have been adopted. I can confirm the quality of the gallery because we saw a part of it at our own adoption ceremony and it took most of my effort to drag my dad and husband out of there without another child.
